Application:
The insulated electric wire is used for electricity supply in low voltage installation systems. They are adapted
to installation in indoors and outdoors, in cable ducts, underground, in power stations, local energy
distributions, industrial plants etc.
Classification:
We usually divide insulated wires into rubber insulated wires, PVC insulated wires and rubber cables. This is the most conventional classification method, but if you want to divide it from the detailed structure and purpose of the insulated wire, we usually divide it into fixed laying wires, insulated flexible wires, outdoor PVC insulated wires, and copper core PVC Vinyl insulated installation wires, direct-buried aluminum core plastic insulated plastic sheathed wires for agricultural use.
The working voltage of rubber insulated wire is 500V, and the long-term allowable working temperature is below 65℃; the normal working voltage of PVC insulated wire is 450/750V and below, and the working temperature cannot exceed 105℃.
